kemarin baru buat temujanji baru untuk fisio.. keluar ja dari bilik rehab tu singgah kejap di kedai jual makanan.. beli nasi lemak + susu coklet.. betul-betul mao pelihara lemak..lepas tu keluar di lobi utama tunggu bas shuttle... masa tu angin kuat juga la.. sejuk... tunggu tidak la lama sangat.. dalam 15 minit mungkin.. tapi rasa tidak la penat menunggu sebab crita-crita ngan kawan.. masa tunggu bas di putrajaya sentral tu agak lama la juga hujan pun turun... naik bas 101.. masa nie ramai pekerja alamanda baru kuar kerja so agak penuh la bas tu.. mungkin sebab tu juga la bas tu pusing pegi alamanda dulu baru pergi kompleks kerajaan... so dalam 9.40 am uda sampai opis... huiahhhshh.. sejuk pula opis nie... sejuk ya amat... breakfast + lunch terus di opis salam kul 11.00 lebih.. lapar la...

baru saya perasan ada email dari kakak ex opis mate.. email yang memberikan saya semangat..
